Lions Clubs International is a worldwide service club organisation.  We have been supported by The RQ Consultancy for over 15 years and in that time they have become an integral part of our IT setup. They have provided us with a complete IT support service installing new hardware and software applications and updating those applications.  They have advised our headquarters’ team on a huge variety of issues including network security, maintaining our database, advising on and then installing a new server and performing the daily back-up of data. The RQ Consultancy have efficiently supplied and maintained our computer equipment for over 6 years. In February 2017 we expanded into adjacent offices, requiring additional equipment and cabling. After an initial consultation with Neville, an agenda and IT requirement was put in place. Also on Neville’s recommendation our telephones were upgraded to VoIP to take advantage of the many extra features available such as direct dial lines and individual voicemails. The RQ Consultancy managed it all brilliantly and with little or no interruption to our business. Adam was spectacular - setting up and configuring the PC’s and phones; we now have an impressive IT infrastructure and the switch over, from old system to new, was seamless.
